About me

I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Institute of Social and Economic Research at the University of Alaska Anchorage. My research focuses on questions related to women and children's health and tribal policy.

I am originally from Rapid City, South Dakota. Prior to beginning my Ph.D. studies, I spent a year teaching English in Bulgaria as a Fulbright Fellow.
